if this seems too remote and abstract, my own traveling e_perience may speak louder here. last year i took a tour around emei mountain in sichuan province. like most tourists, i was eager to embrace nature and enjoy its beauty. however, as soon as i got on the bus, the stench of gasoline and the noise of the engine tainted my appreciation of the wonderful scenery and the tranquility of the country road. when we finally arrived, what i saw was not a beautiful landscape but crowds of people; what i heard was not the melodious singing of birds, but yelling and bargaining from the gift shops; what i smelled was not the fresh mountain air, but stinking suffocating smoke coming out of small dirty restaurants. moreover, i could not understand why the lovely monkeys living there had to take photos with tourists all day; why the beautiful butterflies and flowers had become lifeless samples in shop windows; why the strongest impressions i had was trash scattered everywhere on the ground.

However, this is not the end of the story. before i left emei, i met a group of kids in an ecotourism program with the slogan: “e_periencing, learning and protecting.” when i saw their young hands picking up trash from the ground, when i felt their enjoyment and harmonious relationship with the animals, when i found their purest eyes filled with passion and love for nature, i realized to my great satisfaction that there doesn’t have to be a tradeoff between tourism and ecology, because deep within us is an inclination toward natural beauty and a desire to protect it. yes, environmental problems will eventually ease with the advancement of science and technology and improvement of our management system. however, an increase of ecological education and hands-on environmental involvement of our fellow citizens will do even better. to realize this, the best way for us lies in tourism itself because nothing other than nature can teach us how to love and cherish our sweetest home. at the end of my speech, please let me quote bob dylan:

but in spite of glaring evidence and frequent warnings, the public is smoking more and more. the department of agriculture

estimates that this year's consumption of cigarettes will reach 180 packs per person fifteen years of age and over. how many cigarettes does this mean per person?─3600.

why is smoking such an important problem? because smoking is not a mere habit, as so many think it is. no, it is more serious than that. a habit can be broken easily enough, but an addiction cannot. smokers lapse into helplessness! daniel schubert, of the university of chicago, quizzed 226 students at a large northwestern college about their smoking habits─why they started, what satisfaction they got, and if they wanted to stop. according to schubert, they wanted to quit smoking; but they couldn't.

if one is addicted to cigarettes, he is dependent upon them physically, as well as psychologically. what is it, if it is not

addiction, that motivates a man to go out in sub-zero weather to buy a pack of cigarettes? if necessary, he will drive ten miles late at night to find an open drugstore. what is it, if it is not addiction, that makes a moocher of an otherwise charming young girl?

i was talking to a professor not long ago who had just quit smoking. he told me what most of you already know─that once the

habit is started, watch out! it is next to impossible to stop smoking. i asked him how he ever managed to quit when he had been smoking over a pack a day for ten years. listen to his story.

"well, i cut down to one-half pack a day for the first week. i was touchy most of the time. the slightest irritation made my nerves jangle and my head want to explode. the next week i smoked five cigarettes a day and had an even worse case of nerves. then the following week i chewed gum and sucked on mints, candy, and pipe stems. frankly, i wasn't sure from one moment to the next if i could keep going. somehow i made it."

many of you know what this professor is talking about; you, too, have tried to break the addiction, but have failed. in the few

minutes we have here today we can analyze the motives at the root of our smoking problem.

一、首先,跟大家彙報一下班級學生現狀

1. 班級學生現狀

我們班總共 名學生，上週我校進行了半期考試。我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個彙報。平均分 分，優生 人，優生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進步較大的學生有 。 通過初中半期的學習，大多數學生都具有良好的英語學習習慣。學習積極性較高，能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業，深知英語學科在整個初中課程的重要性。

2.存在問題:

1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學比較多，導致早上精神狀態不好。

2)部分學生的學習方式仍然停留在小學階段，從不自覺主動地去學習(從他們對作業的認識和處理方式上就可以看出來)

3)部分學生抄襲作業，少數學生作業拖拉甚至不交作業。

3、分析期中考試成績。

4、正確看待、冷靜分析這次考試成績。

二、其次，想跟大家交流四個問題

1.首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了初中以後，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在小學能考到八九十分，爲什麼到了初中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?

這個問題的答案首先與各個學習階段的特點有關：小學階段以賞識教育爲主，要在很小的時候培養學生的自信心，試卷內容大多與課本有關，因此考試分數自然會很高。初中則是以普及教育爲主，考試會照顧到大部分學生，因此分數也較高。但是，初中教育，特別是在以高考爲最終目標的大背景下，就是以選拔爲目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會有很大的提升，得分率自然就會下降，孩子們的考試分數自然會低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學的分數來衡量孩子們初中的學習，是不科學的。

其次，與學生自身的學習方式和學習習慣有關：初中階段學習科目多而且難，要求學生必須學會自主學習(自覺主動地去學習)，即變“要我學”爲“我要學”，再也不能像初中甚至小學那樣靠老師和家長盯着學，那樣成績自然會下降。

2.第二個問題，爲什麼同一個班級的孩子三年後成績差別那麼大?成績進步大的一定是那些學習習慣和個性好的孩子。孩子爲什麼會這樣，其實因素很多，這不僅僅與學習基礎有關，最主要的是與孩子的心態、學習方式及學習習慣密切相關。學生的學習方式及習慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學生的成績。不要到初三時才感慨，現在我們不是不想學，而是在初一、初二時沒有養成良好的學習習慣，沒能改變自己的學習方式以適應初中的學習，現在只能是心有餘而力不足。因此，現在必須努力學習。

在此，我希望家長們要時時關注孩子的學習習慣和個性，也就是情商問題。大量的實例證明了一個人的成功主要取決於情商，其次纔是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語學科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的幹勁學好英語。

3.第二個問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當孩子名次退步時，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然後一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子。“望子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心願，但在初一更應注重孩子學習習慣的培養、學習方式的轉變，讓孩子快樂的成長進步，嚴格遵循教育教學規律。

4.有些孩子還沒有適應初中的學習，還不知道初中階段怎麼學，希望家長們高度關注。初中學習科目多而難，時間緊，主要靠學生自主和自覺地學習，老師主要是引導和輔導、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯着你學習。說明學生在學習目的、學習興趣上還需培養。

訂正的習慣，督促學生建立錯題集，當堂發現的問題，當堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發現之處，從而保證知識點的連接，爲建立學科知識體系做保障。這些習慣，會讓學生真正的樂學、好學，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功!

三、我想對在座的各位家長提出幾點溫馨提示。

(1)幫助孩子確定適當目標

和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達到的目標——家長適度的期望值。

孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意願生活、學習，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較爲壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力後仍達不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導致孩子自暴自棄;

期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會缺少外在精神支持，認爲不重視、無所謂。

適度的期望值：在原有基礎上適當拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

大家下午好！

你們的孩子來到這裏已經半學期了。今天，我們在這裏相聚，目標只有一個，那就是爲了孩子們能更好地成長和學習上能取得更大的進步。我先作個自我介紹：我叫黃燕燕，是本班的英語教師。

我的發言分四個部分：彙報班級情況，交流三個問題，幾點溫馨提示。

一、首先，跟大家彙報一下班級學生現狀

1、班級學生現狀

我們班總共名學生，上週我校進行了半期考試。我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個彙報。平均分分，優生人，優生率%。排名前十名的有；與九月份第一次月考相比，進步較大的學生有。通過高中半期的學習，大多數學生都具有良好的英語學習習慣。學習積極性較高，能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業，深知英語學科在整個高中課程的重要性。

2、存在問題：

1）早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學比較多，導致早上精神狀態不好。

2）部分學生的學習方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學階段，從不自覺主動地去學習（從他們對作業的認識和處理方式上就可以看出來）

3）部分學生抄襲作業，少數學生作業拖拉甚至不交作業

二、其次，想跟大家交流四個問題

1、首先和大家交流一個問題：孩子上了高中以後，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在小學能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，爲什麼到了高中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢？

這個問題的答案首先與各個學習階段的特點有關：小學階段以賞識教育爲主，要在很小的時候培養學生的自信心，試卷內容大多與課本有關，因此考試分數自然會很高。初中則是以普及教育爲主，考試會照顧到大部分學生，因此分數也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以高考爲最終目標的大背景下，就是以選拔爲目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會有很大的提升，得分率自然就會下降，孩子們的考試分數自然會低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學的分數來衡量孩子們高中的學習，是不科學的。

其次，與學生自身的學習方式和學習習慣有關：高中階段學習科目多而且難，要求學生必須學會自主學習（自覺主動地去學習），即變“要我學”爲“我要學”，再也不能像初中甚至小學那樣靠老師和家長盯着學，那樣成績自然會下降。

2、第二個問題，爲什麼同一個班級的孩子三年後成績差別那麼大？成績進步大的一定是那些學習習慣和個性好的孩子。孩子爲什麼會這樣，其實因素很多，這不僅僅與學習基礎有關，最主要的是與孩子的心態、學習方式及學習習慣密切相關。學生的學習方式及習慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學生的成績。不要到高三時才感慨，現在我們不是不想學，而是在高一、高二時沒有養成良好的學習習慣，沒能改變自己的學習方式以適應高中的學習，現在只能是心有餘而力不足。因此，現在必須努力學習。

在此，我希望家長們要時時關注孩子的學習習慣和個性，也就是情商問題。大量的實例證明了一個人的成功主要取決於情商，其次纔是智商，兩者的比例大概是7：3。既然知道英語學科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的幹勁學好英語。

3、第二個問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當孩子名次退步時，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然後一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子。“望子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心願，但在高一更應注重孩子學習習慣的培養、學習方式的轉變，讓孩子快樂的成長進步，嚴格遵循教育教學規律。

4、有些孩子還沒有適應高中的學習，還不知道高中階段怎麼學，希望家長們高度關注。高中學習科目多而難，時間緊，主要靠學生自主和自覺地學習，老師主要是引導和輔導、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯着你學習。說明學生在學習目的、學習興趣上還需培養。

訂正的習慣，督促學生建立錯題集，當堂發現的問題，當堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發現之處，從而保證知識點的連接，爲建立學科知識體系做保障。這些習慣，會讓學生真正的樂學、好學，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功！

四、我想對在座的各位家長提出幾點溫馨提示。

（1）幫助孩子確定適當目標

和孩子一起確定一個他能夠達到的目標——家長適度的期望值。

孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。

期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意願生活、學習，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較爲壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力後仍達不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導致孩子自暴自棄；

期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會缺少外在精神支持，認爲不重視、無所謂。

適度的期望值：在原有基礎上適當拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。

（2）幫助孩子增強自信心

（3）關注孩子成績的變化（即名次的升降）而不是絕對名次

大家上午好！

我是本學期擔任126班英語教學的楊老師，很多家長也許是第一次見到我，大家彼此間可能比較陌生。希望今後有更多的機會與您攜手交流。今天在家長會上能與家長們就學生的學習與發展開展研討，我覺得機會非常寶貴！

我們學生學習英語的機會應該說非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子們有許多功課要學，另一方面許多學生英語課堂效率低下。下面我就以下5點談談學習英語要注意的方面。

1、英語課堂學習應該注重課堂學習效果，45分鐘非常寶貴且有限，我們力爭要在這短短的時間內掌握所有的英語知識。英語當天學習的內容應該當天消化，如果不能及時消化就會積食，造成聽課越聽越不懂，形成惡性循環！英語學習重在平時，每天做好預習與複習工作。想要靠臨時突擊，臨時抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

我確信：英語要學好和智商無關，學不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。所以，在課後一定要主動抽時間爲自己補習英語。學好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。

2、作業一定要按時獨立完成，不要成爲學習上的“寄生蟲”。作業是老師檢查瞭解學生知識掌握情況的一個有效途徑，要求同學們能如實客觀地對待作業。知之爲知之，不知爲不知，寧願獨立完成的空幾題的作業，也比完全不經過自己大腦思考抄襲來的作業質量高得多。許多同學自覺性差，平時空空兩手回家，早上早早趕來抄，每天我都佈置了一定的英語作業，因此請各位家長能關注一下你的子女有沒有將作業帶回家來做，並督促子女認真複習。

3、學習習慣是第一生產力。許多同學英語學習好，並不是他（她）比別人聰明，而是學習習慣比較好。良好的學習習慣可以大大提高你的學習效果，我們班的劉裏傑，姜豔芳，李輝龍，李柯歐等同學，她們學習態度端正，上課認真，書寫工整，正因爲如此，無論什麼考試都能取得很好的成績，這與她平時良好的學習習慣是分不開的！而有些同學你看似認真，卻是身在心不在，學習重在表象，完全不紮實，綜合素質卻沒有真正提高。課外也不下功夫，一堂課幾個單詞，一兩個重點句型下節課過來提問一問三不知，又何談課外擴展與素質提升？這樣的現象很普遍，說到底，還是好的習慣沒有養成，不夠勤奮。另外還有幾個同學，他們的潛力很大，但因爲還不夠認真刻苦，所以沒有發揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績抓上去。我堅信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導下能夠及時完成老師佈置的任務，那麼一定能學好。要教導您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅持嚴謹的學習作風，成績馬上就會見效。

4。英語學習貴在堅持！就好像跑步運動，英語學習之初大家都從同一個起跑線出發，但隨着難度加深與詞彙量加大，一些同學慢慢對英語失去新鮮感續而厭煩最後掉隊。希望我們家長對子女多一份關愛，督促子女奮發圖強，初一大有提高的餘地！英語偏科是歷史原因造成的，但並不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實力那就從偏科的英語入手，重點突破！

5。樹立正確的英語學習觀與知識觀！許多學生和家長認爲英語學習了沒有多大用處，我又不會出國，學兩句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必學精通？且不說英語作爲一種工具，它對於我們升學、工作、求職有重大意義，同時我認爲學習英語的過程也是一個吸收別人長處，觀念更新的過程！知識是無價的，知識可以改變命運。

各位家長好，我是咱們班的英語老師。開學三個月來，雖然未曾謀面，但我們通過短信、博客、電話已經有了一些交流。今天見面，是否讓大家失望了。伊老師個子不高，不年輕不漂亮，穿着不夠時尚，但在這些樸素的外表下面，我有一顆熱愛孩子的心，有一種對教育的執着。懷着“幼吾幼以及人之幼”的心理，我怎樣培養自己的孩子，我也怎樣來教育我的學生，所以如果您認同我的觀點，請與我一起陪伴孩子成長；如果您有什麼意見和建議，請告訴我，我將虛心接納。

一、 一封信

開學初，我給每位家長髮了一封家長信：

親愛的同學和家長：

在以前的日子裏，對我而言，你只不過是個小男駭或者小女孩，就像其他千萬個小男孩或小女孩一樣。我不需要你，你也同樣用不着我。對你來說，我也只不過是老師，就跟其他千萬個老師一樣。然而今天卻不一樣了，因爲你成了我的學生，我們將會彼此需要，對我而言，你將是宇宙唯一的了，我對你來說，也是世界上唯一的了。這是一種緣分，讓你成爲我的學生，讓我成爲你的老師，希望我們在以後的日子裏共同編織美好的生活。

這學期，我們除了一起學習《新起點英語》還會學習一套英國小朋友讀的故事書《典範英語》，相信你一定會喜歡！課堂上，如果你認真聽講，大聲發言，伊老師會在你的英語書上蓋下一個個小印章，這些小印章會見證你一天天的進步。

相信你一定喜歡畫畫，所以請和爸爸媽媽一起去爲自己買一個繪畫本，我們會將學到的英語用圖畫表現出來，而且，每節英語課上，老師會請一位同學展示自己的繪畫本，並領讀你畫出來的“英語”，期待你的精彩表現。

伊老師還有一個博客，在這裏，我將記錄下你們和伊老師之間發生的趣事，你們說過的話，做過的事，都將成爲童年美好的回憶，如果有興趣可以經常上來看看。

二、 兩個承諾：

在這封信中，我許下兩個莊嚴的承諾。

承諾1：讓學生準備繪畫本，在班內展示，現在全班每個同學都已經展示完畢，我給每個孩子留下一張展示繪圖本的照片。

承諾2：用博客記錄孩子們在校生活的點點滴滴。我一共教六個班，共238個學生，目前已經完成了給30多個孩子的詩歌或小文章，我希望我能關注到每一個孩子，在與他們共同學習的時間內寫到每一個孩子，所以希望大家耐心等待，我需要時間。

三、 三個指導思想：

1、激發學生學習英語的興趣。

我主要採取課堂上發帖畫、做遊戲、表演故事、繪畫、看英語動畫片等方式。

2、樹立學生學好英語的自信心。

起始階段的英語學習只要求孩子能聽能說。由於孩子年領較小，在起始階段時會有一個沉默期，進一步的聽和說都需要一個過程。所以，對孩子在學習過程中出現的問題不要過分急於糾正，不要強迫學生背單詞、背句子。對一時開不了口的孩子要從多聽錄音入手，在聽錄音的同時鼓勵孩子模仿。

3、養成良好的英語學習習慣

在課堂上，要求學生認真聽錄音、模仿、大聲朗讀，在同學發言時可以不出聲跟讀。

在家裏，每天堅持聽錄音至少15-20分鐘。要教會孩子使用錄音機。鼓勵孩子把當天在英語課上學到的內容用英語重複出來,並鼓勵孩子在平時積極、大膽、大聲開口說英語。

四、 五個要求：

1、單詞：能夠根據圖片或實物說單詞，不要求認讀單詞。

2、句子：能夠聽懂書中重點句子，不要求認讀,能與他人進行簡單的對話。

3、歌曲歌謠：能夠熟練掌握幾首自己喜歡的歌曲歌謠，其他的能夠跟着音樂唱出關鍵詞和句即可。

4、故事：能聽懂並指圖說出關鍵句子。不要求每句話都會說。

5、人物，在目錄前面，要求能熟練叫出他們的名字。

上述要求是最低要求，您可以根據自己孩子的情況適當提高，但原則是孩子可以接受，比如您要求孩子背單詞，孩子並不反感，您就可以這樣做。

五、 補充說明:典範英語。

這是一套學校補充的閱讀材料，目的是培養學生的閱讀興趣，希望孩子們能通過多聽錄音，模仿跟讀，角色扮演等形式，最終達到熟練朗讀的目的，但是如果孩子一時讀不好也不要急於求成。

下一步我準備收集孩子們關於典範英語的錄音、錄像和繪畫等資料，有條件的家長可以給孩子錄音或者錄像，在激發孩子學習興趣的同時也爲孩子留下寶貴的資料。

各位親愛的家長們下午好！首先允許我代表各科任老師祝各位媽媽們母親節快樂！首再次我要感謝各位家長的到來。您的到來是對我們的教學工作的支持，也是對孩子學習的重視。孩子的教育需要家庭和學校相互的配合和支持，作爲七年級2班的英語老師，我特別希望能都得到大家的.支持，希望您能和我一起幫助孩子學習英語。今天利用這個機會，向家長們彙報我們2班英語學科方面的學習現狀。

期中成績：參考40人，32人及格（72），16人優秀（96分），4人特優（108），年級排名第10（12）。相比較年級其它班級，我們班的特優率和優秀率都基本保持持平（略高於），但是爲什麼我們的班的成績會排到年級後列呢？首先一點，試卷上的題目基本都是考前講過練過了的，如果大家能夠課堂40分鐘認真聽講並作筆記，參與課堂活動，並在回家後複習，獨立高質量的完成各項作業要求，理想分數應該是排到年級前六（三班如是）。但是這次僅僅排到第10名，並且平均分是相對靠後的，這就說明同學們在學習過程中，認真聽講，參與課堂，筆記，回家複習，獨立完成作業並未達到要求。

每個在座的同學們認真思考下認真聽講了沒有？參與課堂活動了沒有？做筆記了沒有？反過來，說話，上課完東西，刻橡皮章，看東看西就是不看黑板屏幕，這些現象層出不窮。每次上課最起碼整頓一次課堂紀律。回家複習，作業等也不容樂觀。每次週末回來交作業就像打仗是的，該補作業的補作業，也有同學頂風冒險將空白本子或者未完成的作業上交，就賭老師發現不了。讓大家抄單詞的時候哀聲一片，讓大家背單詞的時候鑽空子，一聽寫又陷入死循環，不會的同學繼續罰抄，有同學寧願罰抄也不願意動腦經去背書。講練習冊時，不管正確與否，只追求一個正確答案，不求甚解，講解時反反覆覆就是那十幾個同學提問，講完了，也就收起來了，不會進行及時的反思和總結，並且講完了還不知道自己錯哪裏不懂的訂正的人也存在一部分。

在英語課堂上，大部分同學都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟着老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實這也製造了一種假象，同學認爲自己常常被老師提問，認爲自己能夠回答老師的問題，於是認爲自己的英語學得很不錯，自我感覺特別好。於是下課後在英語上花的時間就少了。其實要學好英語，課上佔40%，其餘的60%還需要同學在課後不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分同學都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課後多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。

我知道，很多家長都是很重視自己孩子的英語學習的，因爲英語學習不管是對我們的日常生活還是升學工作來說，都產生着重要的作用，有着重大的意義。而我們初中階段的教學在於培養學生的學習興趣，良好的語言習慣與運用英語進行交際的能力及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽說讀寫這幾個方面對所學知識進行操練和運用。通過一個多學期的教學，我們2班的孩子大多數的孩子自尊心強，上進心強，學習能力也不錯，雖然這次考的不好，但是我還是對我們的孩子有信心的。問題來了，大部分的同學學習態度不端正、學習習慣差。正是因爲這個問題，才導致以上的情況。

究其根源，個人認爲是因爲學生安於現狀，沒有目標和動力，沒有競爭意識。

針對以上問題，我向各位家長提一些方法和策略，希望得到各位家長的配合和支持。

1. 督促孩子在家聽英語磁帶，週末在家每天堅持聽讀20分鐘以上，這將對孩子的學習提高有很大的幫助。

2. 請家長督促孩子在家完成周末作業，以免他們來學校時互相抄襲。有的時候默寫或者背誦，我會請各位家長簽字。背單詞的時候要邊拼邊寫，嘴巴和手都要動起來，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家長在這裏要作好檢查督促的工作，不要用不懂英語來幫助你的孩子學會偷懶，你可以報中文，讓你的孩子默寫，然後對照書本批改訂正，堅持的話，你一定會有意想不到的效果。還有句型，學生應該在課上領會句型的意思和運用方法。課後還需要通過多讀課文，多練習才能鞏固所學的句型。所以請各位家長不光要注重孩子背單詞短語的情況，還要讓他重視句子的重要性。

3. 每個週末我都會佈置閱讀作業，請一定督促您的孩子獨立按照要求完成作業。得閱讀者得半邊天。

我們幾位科任老師和各位家長有着共同的心願，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養我們的孩子，他們個個都聰明、可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還未得到充分的挖掘。今後，我也希望與各位家長共同努力，如果孩子遇到學習問題，我們及時溝通，望家長能夠配合解決。我還是那句話，我們的孩子們不是沒有學習能力，而是學習態度、學習行爲習慣不好，只要我們加強監管，幫助他們形成好的習慣，成績會上來的。

首先感謝諸位平時給予我工作上的支持和緊密的配合。開學在近一個月的時間裏，孩子們紮實地學習新課，比較認真地做作業，課堂氣氛熱烈，大部分同學認真聽講按時交作業，雖然有時也會存在馬虎偷懶的現象，但是他們已經進步很大了！

幾點英語教學的幾點心得：

1，孩子的教育應該是整體的教育。

課上功夫在課外。孩子對知識的理解、吸收和運用卻取決於她自己的綜合能力和習慣。而這個能力和習慣一是受制於天賦，二是由後天的養成所決定。學習效果不好往往是跟能力的培養和習慣是否好有關，而不能簡單地怪孩子懶惰貪玩。找出背後的原因，細緻地分析，把對孩子的培養滲透到生活的每一方面。生活和課堂是相通的。比如說：作業的問題可能出自行爲習慣上，如果一個孩子在生活上就是飯來張口、衣來伸手，那麼做作業的時候馬虎了事就是意料之中的了。所以，要從生活的點滴中來正確引導孩子，在生活各方面勤快、懂事的孩子，在學習上也會勤奮自覺。

2，知識要轉化爲能力。

所謂素質教育是其實是能力的教育，英語是第二語言，學習的時候容易脫離實際而變得枯燥，也容易出現考試好但實際運用差的情況。爲了避免這種問題，在英語課上，我本着以學生爲主體的原則，創造性地傳授知識，培養孩子獨立思考的習慣以及實際運用語言的能力。上課時我儘量用全英語教學，主要用啓發式而不是傳統的翻譯式來使得學生理解詞語和句子的意思。對於抽象的詞和語法，我也會用中文進行解釋。我在課堂上儘量創設與生活貼近的情境，採用多種的形式和遊戲來創造機會給學生練習，再加上用兩人或小組討論、操練的形式來進行復習和鞏固，使孩子們覺得上英語課就像在做遊戲一樣，和生活很貼近，繞有趣味。

3，掌握科學的學習方法：在坐各位都是事業上的成功者，很多也曾是學習高手，把你們的經驗教給孩子，與他們一起探索適合他自己的學習方法。

比如預習新課的時候不要告訴孩子她看不明白的地方，這樣她在第二天上課的時候就會專心地聽，自己來找答案，豁然開朗。總的來說，學習英語就是持之以恆、興趣爲先，在有興趣的基礎上，多讀、多記，像學習語文一樣擴大課外閱讀量。英語課本是侷限的，而課外的閱讀是非常廣泛而生動有趣的。

4，嚴格要求孩子要訂正作業，錯的單詞每個抄三遍，錯題要用顯眼顏色的筆標出來，並且懂得爲什麼錯，便於複習。一年級的學生認知水平有限，自我領悟和獨立學習的能力有待進一步形成，這一階段他們的學習更需要家長的關心和督促，所以希望家長們堅持每天檢查作業完成情況，適時鼓勵或鞭策，並在作業上簽字。感謝你們的配合和關注！

5，平時對學習有困難的，或者是某階段有退步的同學，我都會盡量抽時間來個別輔導跟她談心。

各位家長：

下午好！

開學初我們已經見過面，大家比較瞭解。這學期我們英語書採用了新教材，可以說初期的過度還是很順利的。一方面孩子比較配合我的工作，另一方面我自認爲我對這班的孩子是盡心盡責的。我每天早來晚走，一心撲在英語教學上。四個班的作業本，練習冊，試卷等等我都認真的進行批改。特別是對成績較差的學生，我付出了更多多，但是結果卻還不是那麼的盡如人意。我分析後發現問題主要出在孩子的學習方法和學習習慣上。我發現學習成績好的孩子，他們都有好的學習習慣和學習方法。

好的聽課習慣。課堂是教學最重要的環節，緊緊抓住40分鐘比課後補四個小時都有用。課堂上應該要集中注意力，跟着老師走。這樣不會漏掉任何一個知識點，纔會學得全面。我發現有的同學在課堂上始終能保持注意力的集中，有的則是隻能集中一段時間，還有一小部分是幾乎沒有多少時間是集中注意力的，手在下面動不停，老師點名的時候好一些，一轉臉又不知道在幹什麼了。上課不聽怎麼可能學好英語呢？

學習英語主要就是操練句子，要說英語，學了要能說出來纔是會了。課堂上我們留有大量的時間讓孩子們朗讀，表演。所以在英語課上積極發言就顯得更加重要。我問那些不愛發言的孩子爲什麼不舉手，他們說害怕錯。我都是跟他們說：“即使錯了也沒關係，這樣可以讓老師發現你的問題在哪裏並及時糾正。”作爲家長也應該這樣去鼓勵他們，要他們抓住每次發言的機會。

作業是課堂教學的補充和鞏固，作業完成質量的好壞直接關係到知識掌握的牢固程度。好的作業完成習慣包括按時完成作業和按時交作業，按老師的要求認真的，字跡清晰的正確的完成作業。雖然只有這幾點，但真正做到也不是那麼容易。特別他們還是孩子，孩子總有不自覺和管不住自己的時候，所以家長應該在這方面多下點工夫。當然這也是相對而言的。對於做作業習慣較好的學生，家長只需要在他完成作業之後檢查一下就可以了。但對於習慣相對較差的孩子來說，作爲家長你可能就要多花點時間陪着他寫了。我們也能理解家長工作的繁忙，但是對於你們來說最重要的是孩子的教育問題，孩子的成材纔是你們作爲家長真正的成功！好的學習習慣對於他們的成材是非常重要的，有了好的習慣不管他今後做什麼事都會成功的。

這學期我們的學習內容就是書上的六個學習單元，有兩個複習單元，一學期掌握八個單元的單詞，句子和課文其實並不多，只要紮紮實實地學好了這八個單元，本學期的英語就應該沒什麼問題了。教科書爲我們提供了最好的教與學的資源，其他的輔導資料都是次要的。以書爲本，紮紮實實地學好書上的知識，每個單元和每個部分纔是最重要的。當然在學有餘力的情況下我還是主張孩子多學一點，多做一點，這樣對於孩子眼界的開闊以及他以後的升學都會有幫助的。

這學期，我希望我們老師和家長能相互配合、共同努力。讓孩子養成良好的學習習慣，提高他的英語成績。

我希望家長做到的是，每天根據孩子的英語作業進行檢查是否完成，完成的質量如何。在這裏我想說的是四年級朱源昊的家長在老師沒有說一定要簽字的情況下每天都在作業本上簽字，這點很讓我感動，至少他們是在關心孩子，是在和老師共同努力的。還有我們每天的英語作業都不是很多，一般在半小時內就能完成，有的孩子還是不能完成。好多課文句子就是在讀讀背背中記住的。學英語沒有什麼捷徑，就是要讀，背，練！你可以讓孩子提前一刻鐘起牀，讀讀英語在去上學，效果會很好的。不要想孩子起不來，孩子太辛苦了。學習本來就是一件辛苦的事。現在不辛苦，以後會比現在更辛苦。你要讓孩子明白這個道理。

作爲老師我會經常和家長溝通，以校信通爲主，大家也知道我的電話，家長有什麼問題可以及時和我們聯繫！我會把出現問題的學生及時用校信通告知您！在這裏還是希望家長能按照老師的要求每天檢查孩子的作業完成情況，包括筆頭的和口頭的，有時間的最好籤個字，說到簽字，說實在話，我不想看到有些家長只籤個名字拉倒、完事，你可以寫幾句話，讓我知道你在關心你孩子的英語學習情況。在學校裏我會盡自己的最大努力去關注和關心每一位學生。

各位家長：

下午好，很感謝各位家長在百忙中抽出時間來參加今天的家長會，很高興能有這樣一個機會，能和大家進行面對面的交流。我是七年級班的英語任課教師，我姓周。今天我想就七年級的英語教學和這半學期在教學中存在的一些問題與各位家長共同探討，以便更好地幫助孩子學好英語，用好英語，爲日後的英語學習打好紮實的基礎。

先說說本學期英語學習的內容：

1、26個字母大小寫，會說會寫，並且在書寫英文字母時會正確書寫順序；在初學英語的階段掌握好26個字母的聽說讀寫，這對我們今後所要接觸的大量的詞彙的聽說讀寫很重要

2、課本後的單詞表，顏色越深表示越重要。這就要同學們回家去複習，消化這些單詞。詞彙是七年級考試的重要內容，一定要過關。

3、課文中的對話，日常交際用語。不要求每個同學都會背，但是要求熟練，流暢的讀出來，說出來。

4、聽力訓練：試卷中聽力題的比重佔三分之二。所以說每天的聽錄音跟讀任務還是不容忽視的。

5.配套的基礎訓練，這是我們七年級的英語唯一的一套課外練習，我通常帶領孩子在班上做完綜合訓練A部分的聽力，而筆試就讓孩子們回家去完成。綜合訓練B部分會作爲考試卷測試孩子們這個單元的.掌握情況。希望家長能及時詢問孩子的小測試成績以及瞭解孩子們這段時間的英語學習情況。

七年級英語，是初一英語學習中一個重要的起步階段。其實要學好英語，課上佔40%，其餘的60%還需要學生在課後不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課後多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。所以這也造成英語成績兩極分化十分嚴重，無論是每次的聽寫小測試還是剛剛結束的期中考試，有的同學100分的成績，而有的同學只有三、四十分的成績。所以請家長一定要從現在起重視孩子的英語學習，不然到了五六年級補都來不及了。

可是，每個班總會有一部分不自覺的學生不能按時完成作業、不能背誦課文、不做回家作業、更不能正確的聽寫出課文的單詞……，通常爲了讓孩子有個適應過程，我教得很慢，並且上英語課之前都安排班上讀音清晰，準確的同學上臺來帶領全班同學讀學過的課文和單詞，照理說有足夠的時間，可以課課過關了，可是出乎我意料的是有幾個同學連第一課幾個句子都不會背。每次聽寫的時候，總是有同學無法完成聽寫任務，單詞過不了關，考試竟然還有相當一部分同學出現不及格現象。瞭解下來才知道那些孩子在家裏從來就不做英語回家作業，從來就沒有聽英語磁帶，也沒有背課文和單詞。對於七年級來說，英語成績90分也差不多是正常的範圍，畢竟題型還是相當容易的。所以那些不及格現象怎不讓人擔心呢？

英語是一門特殊的學科，光靠學校幾節課時間是遠遠不夠的。在學校老師會盡最大的努力進行教學，但課餘時間還需要廣大家長大力配合。如：聽錄音、背誦要家長多督促；每課的單詞（課文 B部分）這是基礎之基礎，得督促孩子先背誦並家長給孩子聽寫這幾個單詞，直到全部會背會寫爲止。這樣課堂上聽寫的時候，正確率才能高，可有相當一部分同學聽寫本上每次的聽寫成績都是不及格，帶回家去訂正也沒有家長簽名，而老師也不知道家長是否瞭解孩子在學校的英語學習情況，希望家長能關注一下。爲了協助孩子更好地學好英語，請家長配合老師完成以下工作：

1. 確保孩子每天至少邊聽錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長在旁監督，會更有效。

2. 每天檢查孩子的回家作業是否完成，保證第二天能按時上交。在這裏我懇請每位家長認真督促孩子完成老師每天佈置的作業，尤其是一開始，七年級英語剛剛接觸書面作業，一定要嚴格要求他們的英語書寫，寫得不好的家長也可以要求他們重新做，過關了纔給他們簽名；檢查作業主要看他們書寫和格式以及上次老師的批改，注意檢查他們有沒有訂正，有時候，老師在學生的作業本上批了訂正，但是交上來的時候學生並沒有去訂正，並且家長也在上面簽字了。我想，老師之所以讓家長在孩子的作業本上簽字，也是希望通過這個途徑讓家長們瞭解孩子每天的學習情況，希望各位家長能夠支持老師的工作，如果您有什麼意見也可以寫在作業本上，便於及時溝通.

3. 開學以來，很多學生忘記帶作業本，帶英語課本的現象還是經常發生，上課沒有書，只能和同桌共看一本書，結果是一堂課下來，老師講的知識沒有學到多少，和同桌的感情卻加深了不少，我希望家長能夠每天按照課表提醒孩子收拾好書包，檢查好明天要帶的作業和課本，養成良好的學習習慣。

總而言之，請各位家長多關注孩子們的英語學習，讓孩子養成良好的英語

學習習慣。家長的重視會讓學生增加信心，提高學生的學習積極性。也非常感

Ladies and Gentlemen, Good afternoon!

I’m very glad to stand here andgive you a short speech. today my topic is “Life”. I hope you will like it , Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices.

Once I hope I can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for (= what will happen to) me. When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.

Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing.

If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I really grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future. How to say future? Maybe it’s a nice wish. Lets make up our minds, stick to it and surely well enjoy our life.
