2. Guessing game

S: Is this a dog?

T: Yes, it is.

T: How to say dog? Ruff ,ruff dog. What’s this?

S: It’s a bird.

T: Can it fly? No, it can’t fly.

S: It’s a cat.

T: Yes, I like dogs and cats very much. Let’s sing a song about them!(以猜手影吸引學生注意,用歌曲幫助學生複習之前學習的`單詞和句型)

Step 2 Reading1 (Reading for fun)

1. Pre-reading

①Learn the new words tiger, lion and panda by guessing teacher’s drawing

T: Do you like animals? I like animals very much. Look here, where is it?

S: Zoo.(鼓勵答對問題的學生並說明評價形式:答對可以得到一面動物旗幟)

T: what’s at the zoo?

S:Lion.

②Practice the words and the sentences with the puzzle. (Learn the new words and review the sentences)

T: What are these? Let’s have a guess. Is this a …?(複習第一課時學習過的單詞知識)

2. While-reading

①Lead into the reading and have a free talk with the students

T:There are 3 animals come to our class. What are they? One circle, 2circles and 3circles.

S:Is this a …

T: Let me introduce a new friend to you. His name’s Sam. Let’s say hello to Sam. He asks us: come to the zoo. Let’s come to the zoo.

T: Sam also brings a big book

T: where is this? Who are they? Let’s talk about the picture!(培養學生觀察能力,並鼓勵學生來看圖說話

Step3Reading2 (Reading for information and skills)

1. Pre-reading

T: Listen! Who’s crying? What’s the matter? What’s its name?

S: It’s a dog. (學生有很多的答案,鼓勵孩子們說更多他們知道的動物的單詞)

T: Where is qiuqiu?

S: At the zoo.

T: what’s the matter with Qiuqiu? He can’t find his Mom. Please read the story by yourself ,find out who’s Qiuqiu’s Mom.(培養學生自己閱讀的能力)

2. While-reading

①T: Who’s Qiuqiu’s mom? Is the panda …?

Can Qiuqiu fly/swim…?

T: let’s read the story together.(領讀,可用糾正學生的語音更可以集中學習的注意力。這裏讓學生來帶讀,充分關注學生在課堂上的位置。讓學生從被動的讀到主動的參與領讀。)
