雙城記的讀後感

昨天上午，我的腦袋裏突然出現了一位英國著名作家查爾斯.狄更斯 (Charles Dickens)寫了一部以法國大革命爲背景的長篇歷史小說，這是世界文學經典名著之一。我記得我上初中的時候得知這個書名，但是沒有機會閱讀。我的身上帶了來勁的感覺，就去校園圖書館借書。我的天，這裏有很多很多狄更斯寫的書籍，值我好奇去讀它。

這是最好的時期，這是最壞的時期，

It was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness,

這是智慧的歲月，這是愚昧的歲月，

It was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, 這是信仰的時代，這是懷疑的時代，

It was the season of light, it was the season of darkness,

這是光明的季節，這是黑暗的季節，

It was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair,

這是希望之春，這是絕望之冬，

We had everything before us, we had nothing before us,

我們應有盡有，我們一無所有，

We were all going direct to heaven, we were all going direct the other way-

我們正在直登天堂，我們正在直下地獄。

狄更斯把這些時代描寫出來非常深刻，讓我琢磨我的一生到底是個什麼樣。
