時光倒流，回到過去吧!三年級上學期。第一堂英語課，那時，我正坐在座位上仔細的聽課，可是才過了一會兒，我就躁動不安了，開始和別人說話了，就這樣我一直說了大半節課。從此以後，我再也沒聽過課，除非老師一直盯着我或者從我身邊走過，我才裝一會兒，其他時間都用來和別人講話、傳紙條、玩。我的英語成績也變得一落千丈。

時間往回轉吧，回到9月1日，那天，媽媽帶我去報名，碰到了英語老師，老師對媽媽說：“你家孩子英語不行，要多看英語書哎!”自從那天，我天天翻開了那幾本像新的一樣的英語書，盯着一羣密密麻麻的英語字母，也不知是愛是恨。

李老師教我們英語時，尚未婚配，也許是個頭不高的緣故，走路特精神，一跳一跳的。李老師和我們學生真的是朋友關係，我們幾個女生週末經常找李老師玩，初三成立尖子班後，我和密友馬詠梅爭着給李老師當英語課代表，儘管我當時也是語文課代表，還兼着班長。詠梅的成績很是優秀，在這之前也是李老師的課代表。李老師看我們這麼熱情，乾脆讓我們倆同時當英語課代表。

李老師結婚後，愛人在外地工作，平時比較寂寞，我們幾個女生經常到老師家陪老師說話，晚上還在那睡過覺。

初一時，我的英語成績總不能考出高分，老是在90分之上95分之下，就去問李老師怎麼辦，李老師把她的教學參考書拿給我看，我如夢初醒班，但還是沒有提高多少。

我們的英語基礎很牢固，雖然只有三年的英語學習時間。23年過去了，很多單詞和句型結構至今記憶猶新。
